I Love Coffee (And Possibly a Little Sleep)
Life is read more absolutely hectic these days. Between work, family, and trying to squeeze in some me time/self-care/relaxation, it can be tough to keep up. But there's one thing that always gets me through: coffee. I truly love the smell of a good cup of joe, and it gives me the boost I need to tackle the day.
Of course, I also know that sleep is crucial. But sometimes, when you're running through a busy schedule, it can be hard to get enough shut-eye. So, on those days when I'm feeling particularly stressed, I might just indulge in a little extra coffee (and maybe even skip a nap/power nap/quick snooze).
No judgement here – we all have our habits/guilty pleasures. And for me, it's a warm mug of coffee and the promise of a productive day/getting things done/accomplishing my goals.
Fueled by Coffee and Bedlam
Life's a chaotic whirlwind. We stumble through each day, powered by that sweet, sweet caffeine. It's a thrilling ride and we wouldn't have it any other way.

My Other Therapist is a French Press
When life gets stressful, and the usual self-care practices aren't sufficient, I turn to my peculiar source of comfort: a trusty French Press. This therapeutic process of pulverizing beans, mixing hot water, and patiently steeping for the perfect cup becomes my moment of clarity. Each glug carries with it a sense of serenity, grounding me in the here and now.

Between work/school/trying to figure out life, there's barely time/energy/motivation left for anything else. That's where coffee comes in.
